Permissions and disconnecting
When you connect an app, OpenRoles asks you to allow three kinds of access. Your assistant gets your plan and nothing more.
What each kind of access allows
| Access | What it allows |

| read | Read your tracker, your resumes and your saved answers. |
| write | Log, update and delete applications, save your application answers, upload resume versions, rename and archive them. |
| ai | Score resumes, which counts against your plan the same as doing it here. |
An assistant can’t edit an existing resume, change your plan, pay for anything, or submit an application. It also can’t delete a resume, only archive one.
Disconnect an app
Go to Account → Agents. Apps you allowed by signing in are listed under Connected apps, with the access they have and when they last used it. Disconnect cuts one off straight away. To reconnect, add it again.
