Indian application forms often ask things a resume never says. Save each answer once and the extension reuses it on every form.

Gender and date of birth are only used if you choose to save them. Edit any of these under Account → Details for applications, answer when the extension asks mid-form, or tell your assistant: “Set my notice period to 60 days.”
