VComply is seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and graphic designers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and gather requirements for new features or enhancements.
• Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers and design team members to define and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistent user experience across products.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually iterate and improve designs based on user insights
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to incorporate into designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, human-computer interaction, or related)
• 5+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, ideally working on enterprise software or SaaS products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch,Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing is a plus.
