Role

  • Support the definition and execution of the AI product roadmap for Payment Performance Intelligence, contributing to strategy and investment discussions led by senior product leadership.
  • Own delivery of assigned AI product areas end to end, from discovery and requirements through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Help identify and validate high-value use cases for GenAI, chatbots, agentic services, predictive insights, and self-service analytics.

  • Recommend prioritization based on customer value, commercial impact, technical feasibility, and effort, escalating trade-offs where needed.
  • Define and track success metrics for owned features, reporting progress, risks, and adoption to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present roadmap updates, demos, and release communications to internal stakeholders and customer-facing teams.
