About the role

LiveRamp is the data collaboration platform of choice for the world’s most innovative companies. A groundbreaking leader in consumer privacy, data ethics, and foundational identity, LiveRamp is setting the new standard for building a connected customer view with unmatched clarity and context while protecting precious brand and consumer trust. LiveRamp offers complete flexibility to collaborate wherever data lives to support the widest range of data collaboration use cases—within organizations, between brands, and across its premier global network of top-quality partners.

Hundreds of global innovators, from iconic consumer brands and tech giants to banks, retailers, and healthcare leaders turn to LiveRamp to build enduring brand and business value by deepening customer engagement and loyalty, activating new partnerships, and maximizing the value of their first-party data while staying on the forefront of rapidly evolving compliance and privacy requirements.

You will

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Activations frontend surfaces, including campaign configuration, workflows, and monitoring experiences used by LiveRamp customers.
  • Translate complex activation and connectivity use cases into intuitive, performant UI and interaction patterns that help customers easily onboard, segment, and activate data across destinations.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, UX research, and technical program management to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality features on time, with clear success criteria and tradeoff decisions.
  • Collaborate with GTM, customer success, and support teams to deeply understand customer needs, gather feedback, and ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Define and track key product health, adoption, and usability metrics for Activations frontend experiences; use data and customer insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.
  • Drive discovery for new workflows and tools that simplify how customers manage audience activation, troubleshoot issues, and understand the impact of their configurations.
  • Write clear PRDs, user stories, and release documentation that align stakeholders and enable smooth implementation, testing, and rollout.
  • Within 6–12 months, deliver material improvements to core activation flows (e.g., time-to-first-activation, error reduction, and configuration clarity) and demonstrate impact through measurable customer and business outcomes.

Your team will

Partner with teams across LiveRamp to build and evolve the customer-facing UI for Activations, the set of products that enable customers to connect their data to hundreds of media, marketing, and analytics destinations. The team focuses on designing and implementing end-to-end workflows for audience selection, configuration, delivery, monitoring, and troubleshooting, ensuring these experiences are robust, scalable, and easy to use for a wide range of users.

You will work with a cross-functional pod of frontend and backend engineers, designers, and data experts who are responsible for the reliability and usability of Activations surfaces. The team collaborates closely with other Connectivity and Platform teams to integrate shared components, APIs, and identity capabilities, and with customer-facing teams to ensure the UI reflects real-world activation needs and best practices.

About you

  • 4+ years of product management experience building and shipping customer-facing software products.
  • Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle for web-based or SaaS applications, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with engineering and design partners to define problems, break down complex requirements, and deliver incremental value.
  • Experience using data (quantitative and qualitative) to define product success metrics, inform prioritization, and validate product decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on frontend-heavy products, particularly complex configuration, workflow, or admin tools.
  • Background in adtech, martech, or data activation (e.g., working with destinations, audiences, or campaign workflows).
  • Familiarity with UX best practices, user research methods, and usability testing for enterprise or prosumer tools.
  • Experience with data and analytics products, including defining and interpreting product usage and performance dashboards.
  • Prior work in platform or multi-tenant SaaS environments with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, and privacy.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, customer success, and support teams to drive adoption and improve customer outcomes.

Benefits

  • Flexible paid time off, paid holidays, options for working from home, and paid parental leave.
  • Comprehensive Benefits Package: LiveRamp offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to help you be your best self in your personal and professional lives. Our benefits package offers medical, dental, vision, accident, life and disability, an employee assistance program, voluntary benefits as well as perks programs for your healthy lifestyle, career growth, and more. Your medical benefits extend to your dependents including parents.
